Return Policy

Because all of our items are preorder-based, we do not accept returns.
However, we do offer an optional exchange service that can be purchased at checkout.

For a $20 exchange protection fee, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Shipping for your replacement item
  • The ability to request a size exchange, subject to availability.

Please note:

Exchanges are only available if the exchange option is added during checkout.

Since all items are preorder-based, exchange inventory is limited and cannot be guaranteed. If your requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange, we may be unable to process the exchange and won't be able to refund.
